At the end of this SAP, you will be able to:
-Understand the product development process: The student identifies and applies the 5 steps of the design thinking / product development process.
- Conduct a profound SWOT-analysis: The student analyses the market, its key players and the trends from a multiple cultural perspective and summarizes this in a SWOT-analysis and a problem statement.
- Understand the customer: The student interviews consumers to gain insights into their needs, barriers and preferences and builds a persona based on these insights.
-Develop a new product idea: The student demonstrates the ability to apply theoretical knowledge and gained insights to a real problem, developing, and presenting a new product idea using AI tools for a real company.
-Collaborate and communicate in diverse teams: In an intercultural context, the student develops a working relationship with students, lecturers and other stakeholders and contributes to an atmosphere of trust.
