Critical Thinking

Decision making is something we do every day: sometimes these decisions don’t seem to have a big impact on our future (what should be my next meal? What dress should I wear to a party?), but most of our decisions carry a tremendous impact on our lives (what course should I take? Where should I work? Should I have children? Should I support this law? What should be my stance on this issue?)

Having such importance in our professional and daily lives, we want that our decisions are rational and based on solid evidence.

Critical thinking is the analysis of available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments to form a judgment. It is the art of making a judgment through the use of rational, skeptical, unbiased, and scientific thinking when analyzing or evaluating factual evidence.

critical thinking is an essential skill in the labour market as it enables individuals to analyze information objectively, identify problems and find effective solutions, improve communication skills, and think creatively. Employers value employees who possess these skills, as they contribute to the growth and success of the company.
