Community and Social Engagement In The Irish Health And Social Sector

The traditional model of care is transitioning from an acute hospital based model to a socially driven wellbeing model. This requires health and wellbeing faculties delivering nurse and wellbeing education programmes across Europe to include the social needs of persons utilising health and social care services in the modern era. This SAP will help prepare students for that future.
